Leadership

  • C-level
  • Executive and Management Teams
  • Business Owners

People and talent

  • HR Professionals

They arrive withA market measured in people rather than companies, and an industry report built to answer their own question.

Not on the list?

Then answer this insteadThe title matters less than the brief. If what you need is a list that does not exist yet, in a market nobody sells data for, at a level of accuracy nobody guarantees, you are in the right place whatever your job is called.

Find the companies you didn't know you were missing

Most enterprises know their named accounts. Few have visibility into the full universe of companies that match their ideal customer profile. We build that universe from scratch (similar companies, net-new accounts, whitespace opportunities) and profile each one in depth.

Who it is for

Teams who suspect their target market is larger than their current database suggests. Sales leaders entering new geographies or verticals. Marketing teams who need a complete addressable market map before they spend budget.

  • Similar company discovery: companies that match the profile of your best customers, researched against your exact criteria
  • Net-new account discovery: companies in your target market that do not appear in your CRM or any subscription database
  • Whitespace mapping: the gap between your current coverage and the real market, quantified
  • In-depth company profiling: revenue, headcount, ownership structure, parent and subsidiary mapping, strategy, near-term initiatives
  • Custom field research: any company-level data point you specify. If it exists, we find it

The right people inside the right companies

Net-new contact research from named accounts, target accounts, and the companies we discover for you. Every contact verified by phone before delivery.

Who it is for

Teams running account-based marketing, competitive displacement, or expansion into markets where no purchasable list exists.

  • Verified contacts matching your exact job title, role, and seniority criteria
  • Buying committee mapping: multiple stakeholders inside a single account for ABM campaigns
  • Contact movement tracking: where former contacts moved to, and who replaced them
  • Direct dials, extensions, switchboards, and mobiles, all confirmed working
  • Full company context alongside every contact

Rebuild the database you already have

Audit and refresh your existing CRM. We identify stale records, update job changes, append missing fields, and fill gaps with verified data.

Who it is for

Teams sitting on an ageing CRM they no longer fully trust. Anyone who received incomplete data from a tradeshow, web form, or event and needs it completed before it enters the system.

  • Telephone-verified refresh of your existing contact database
  • Appended fields: job titles, work emails, site addresses, company profiles, direct dials
  • Tradeshow and web form completion: name and company only → full verified record
  • Suppression file compliance: every delivered record checked against your existing data so nothing is duplicated
  • Gap analysis: which accounts in your CRM lack coverage, and what it would take to complete them

The market report that did not exist until you asked for it

In-depth research into a market, a segment or a competitive set, scoped to the question you actually need answered and built from primary research rather than assembled from what has already been published.

Who it is for

Go-to-market and marketing teams entering a market they cannot yet size. Leadership teams who want the ground truth behind a plan before committing budget to it. Client services and HR teams who need to hand somebody a document no subscription tool produces.

  • Market sizing and segmentation, researched company by company rather than modelled
  • Competitive landscape mapping, including private companies that appear in no database
  • Buyer landscape: who holds the budget, who influences it, and how many of them there are
  • Industry and vertical reports scoped to your question, not to a publisher’s calendar
  • Talent and market mapping, where the market is measured in people rather than companies
  • Custom data points at company or contact level, defined by you
  • Priced per brief. The variable is research difficulty, not page count

Consent that survives scrutiny

Double opt-in permission captured by telephone and confirmed by email. Every consent date-stamped and backed by a voice recording retained for eighteen months.

Who it is for

Teams marketing into Europe, financial services, healthcare, or any regulated industry where consent must survive legal and procurement review.

  • Up to twelve contact attempts per record, in the contact's own business hours
  • Date-stamped, voice-recorded consent for every opt-in
  • 85%+ opt-in across Europe
  • Where a contact expresses interest in your offer during the conversation, we pass that straight to your sales team
  • Retrievable consent records for audit or regulatory inquiry

Build an audience where no database exists

Incomplete trade show lists, web form gaps, and audience data rebuilt with verified contacts and company profiles. For sectors too specialised for commercial data coverage.

Who it is for

Event organisers, publishers, and demand gen teams who need delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, and subscribers from markets that are commercially invisible.

  • Appended job titles, verified emails, office addresses, company profiles
  • Contacts from companies with minimal web and social presence
  • Audience lists built from primary research: trade associations, regulatory registers, event listings, regional directories, and direct telephone research
  • Coverage across North America, the UK, Europe, Asia, and ANZ
01 · How these services fit together

Most clients use more than one

A typical engagement begins with company discovery to map the full addressable market, followed by contact discovery to populate the buying committees inside those accounts. Sales intelligence tells your team what the account runs, who makes the decisions, and what it would take to displace the incumbent. Opt-in ensures your European campaigns are legally sound. Six months later, data cleansing refreshes the same database before the next campaign.

Every service meets the same standard. Every record is KAT-i Verified.

02 · The KAT-i difference

We are the one you call when the biggest firm couldn't find it

Database platforms are built for breadth and speed. They serve a purpose, and most marketing teams should have one. But they cannot tell you whether a record is still true, because nobody ever checked. They cannot find a company that has no web presence. They cannot verify what technology an organisation actually runs, or what instrument sits in their lab, or who holds a role that was never posted online.

That is not a failure of those platforms. It is a structural limit of how they are built.

We do not compete with them on breadth. We compete on the problems they cannot solve.

03 · The guarantee

What we guarantee, whichever service you use

Accurate on delivery

Verified against your brief before it reaches you. If a record does not match, we correct it. There is no acceptable error rate.

Covered for 75 days

If a contact changes role, or an email or phone number stops working in that window, we replace it or credit it back.

Yours permanently

On delivery it is your property. We do not resell or reuse it, and our own copy is deleted after the 75-day guarantee period.

One thing most providers won't tell you. Owning data forever does not make it accurate forever. All B2B data decays. We tell you when a list needs re-verifying rather than let you run a campaign against records that quietly stopped being true.

04 · Before you commit

You can find out if this works before you spend anything

Step one

Does the data exist?

Free feasibility study · 48 to 72 hours

Tell us the market, the company profile, and the roles you need. We map what exists against your criteria and come back with estimated numbers for companies and contacts.

Step two

Is the work any good?

Free proof of concept · 3 to 5 working days

Send a requirement brief and we build a real sample against it: typically 20 to 30 telephone-verified contacts, or 3 to 4 accounts fully mapped.

Step three

You decide the scope

Full flexibility

We scope the full project and share the numbers for your approval. You decide how much you want. There is no tier to buy into and no seat count to commit to before you know what you need.

Start with a free step

Tell us the market you want to reach and we will estimate what exists against your criteria within 48 to 72 hours. Or send a brief and we will build real sample data in 3 to 5 working days.

Either way, you find out whether this works before you spend anything.
